First service on our new but second hand sterling caravan and first service we've had on any van and have to say how pleased we are :). Laurence was brilliant and highly professional throughout. Amazing service. We had a mishap with the 13 pin cable while towing. The site we were on recommended Laurence and we are so glad they did. Laurence came out to the site and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend Wayfarer Caravan Services.

Laurence is amazing, just help me out by taking me step by step via Facebook Messenger to try and diagnose a fault with the electrics on our Bailey Valencia. Narrowed down to faulty charger unit. Just had Laurence service out 2005 Elddis caravan. He came highly recommended by some friends of ours. Laurence was very friendly and professional. He even offered to swap round one of the tyres which we previously had to fix a puncture on but just hadn’t got round to putting the original alloy back on. Will definitely be using Wayfarers again next year!

Our first ever caravan and first service, Laurence took the time to talk me through how everything worked and gave the van a thorough going over, its a 2005 van so gives peace of mind that everything is working as it should. No hidden extras in his charges which seem extremely reasonable, will certainly use again and highly recommend.

Lawrence is able to turn his hand to many aspects of caravan service & repair. He did a great job of repairing some cupboards that were damaged by water, we thought it was the end of our van & he sorted it! He's honest, reliable & delivers good quality service.
